Created attachment 280393 [details] dmesg See attached dmesg. (There are also a number of additional WARNs and BUGs that occur after the hardware is reset.) I did not encounter this issue on vanilla 4.14.xx kernels; I only encountered this issue after upgrading from the 4.14 to 4.19 LTS series.
