dmesg after I tried couple times to connect handset

Hi,

I'm using laptop from system76 (galago model) which has Intel Wireless 8265NGW.

The problem: I can't connect my bluetooth handset devices (I have two of them) to my laptop: the laptop search devices too long, sometimes finds devices quickly, sometimes doesn't find at all. If finds then it can't connect to. If connects (in very rare cases) there is communication between laptop and device (no sound goes there). After 5-10 seconds device may get disconnected while laptop thinks it stays connected.

If I connect my android smartphone to laptop -- everything goes well and fast and reliable.

But not handsets !

These handsets can connect to any bluetooth device I have in my home (several tablets, dell 3350 laptop under linux, to my smartphone, so handsets are working).

I tried different bluetooth managers (NetworkManager, blueman, Gnome-specific, something else) all works in a same way (don't work).

I haven't tried windows, I have only Linux on my laptop.

Here are the video I recorder for system76 support team (they didn't help me):

I have next firmware files:
/lib/firmware/iwlwifi-8265-36.ucode
/lib/firmware/intel/ibt-18-2.ddc
/lib/firmware/intel/ibt-18-2.sfi

attaching dmesg (I may say nothing gets to dmesg when I try to connect to handsets)

Is there is anything else I need to provide ? some info ? btmon ?

Thank you,
Dima

The issue fixed by me, I found that bluetooth wire was not connected by laptop's manufacturer System76 to the Intel board.
