I don't think that is a problem. [ 0.152411] ACPI: Added _OSI(Linux-Dell-Video) This exports the OS capability, not BIOS capability. It just means Linux supports OEM _OSI("Linux-Dell-Video"), if BIOS has it. I'd prefer to get the bug closed, what do you think? hmm, I will close it as this does not seem like a kernel bug to me. Thank you for the clarification. I think the messages should be reworded to make it more clear, but this is a different issue. |
