Unfortunately, we can't provide support for the firmware of this device any more. That's strange the card is not very old and I imagine there are quite a few out there in use on Linux systems. Who's 'we'? Intel? Assuming the 'We' is Intel and now that the card is end of life is there some place I can get some info about the chip to write my own firmware that works? I am pretty sure the issue has to do with a 5ghz AP since I have not run into it before. Thanks in advance! We is Intel. We can't provide much info about the hardware / firmware that would allow you to write your own unfortunately. Well that's too bad can you recommend a well supported card to replace it? Using the same connector you have 7260. Fairly old as well but critical bugs should be handled there. Thank you |
