On certain suspend resume attempts the intel telemetry driver prints misleading details pertaining to S0ix. 

On many occasions the counters (deep + shallow) dont get incremented.

Issue has been reproduced. Fix is under testing.

Issue occurs due to certain firmware limitations resulting in a delay in updating the counters in resume path. Final patch is WIP and will be sent to mailing list shortly.
