I have found that if I turn the volume up to 150% and play loud audio, I can just barely hear some of the sounds. If you need any additional information, just let me know. I have found that the headphones will only work on kernels before 4.11 and after 4.11 the headphones will work if I pass the nofixup or generic model values. |
Created attachment 257615 [details] alsa-info.sh output Hi, Audio will not play though speaker but will work fine using the headphone jack. The output device appears in the sound settings just fine, there is just no output. This works under windows fine so that hardware is OK. I have attached the output from the alsa-info tool on a fresh install of Ubuntu 17.10. This has also been tested on 16.04.2 and 17.04.
