add bluetooth support on macbookpro 7,1

Bluetooth on MacBook Pro 7,1 doesn't work.

A solution id to add hardware ID 05ac:8213 in btusb driver. As repported in this thread : http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1469437&highlight=BCM2046

I tested the attached patch with a bluetooth mouse and it seems to work. some other device are detected too.
