Distribution: ArchLinux x86_64, kernel from distribution repository but with only 2 patches for aufs2 on top of mainline
Hardware Environment: dell studio xps 1647

Problem Description:
I see this in dmesg with 2.6.34

i801_smbus 0000:00:1f.3: PCI INT C -> GSI 18 (level, low) -> IRQ 18
ACPI: resource 0000:00:1f.3 [io  0x1840-0x185f] conflicts with ACPI region SMBI [irq 6208-6223 64bit disabled]
ACPI: If an ACPI driver is available for this device, you should use it instead of the native driver

it seems this issue should have been resolved in 2.6.30 but here it is again.
