Hibernate: Wont shut down my Asus U50F laptop. I have to manually shut it off.
Suspend: The laptop stalls unresponsive. Have to manually shut it off...

I'm a newbie in linux. Please tell me how can I help you guys. I guess I should be able to upload a report or something, but I don't know how to.

Can you please tell me what should I do next? What information do you need?

I'm currently using Ubuntu Lucid.

Does the problem still occur with the 2.6.37 kernel?
