This is not hardware specific - happens at all of my computers with different DVB cards.

You marked it as a regression, so what was the last working kernel?

This worked at 2.6.30

YES it is you can try it yourself it is not hardware dependent bug

This is a driver problem, reassigning to DVB.

Please check to see if this bug is still valid on a kernel from 2014.
