Does disabling dynticks do anything? Using the boot time option of nohz=off, or disabling it in the kernel config? Also, is this a new box that shows this issue with all recent kernels, or is this a regression in the kernel and the box use to work fine? Also please attach a full dmesg and the output of /proc/timer_list. Created attachment 24249 [details]
