Problem Description: battery again is not visible by acpi

Steps to reproduce: install newest kernel 2.6.27.5 and problem is back again

Situation is still the same @2.6.32. Every time I check /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/state -t show me different result - battery may present, may not; while charging - it can show different numbers in present rate,remaining capacity,present voltage - powermanagers from KDE and XFCE going nutz
