Problem Description:
I am using wlan to connect to my network. When resuming from suspend to ram, the kernel appears to see a network cable plugged in, while there is none plugged in.

NetworkManager then tries to get an IP, which results in a kernel oops.

The oops message can be reviewed here: http://www.kerneloops.org/submitresult.php?number=74651

Steps to reproduce:
- Activate Network Manager, make sure no network cable is plugged in
- Suspend to ram
- Resume
