When I attach USB sound card to USB hub following output appears in dmesg output:

Also my laptop has 3 USB 3.0 ports and 1 USB 2.0 port and that 2.0 port stopped working in 4.6.0-rc1, which I think is related, when I plug sound card there LED on it doesn't even flashing.

Confirmed broken in -rc2, USB headsets don't work either, anything with audio, webcam audio microphone etc
