please boot with "noapic" to see if this system can actually figure out
how to use these currently unused, but verbose, interrupt links.

that dmesg has the IOAPIC enabled

The question is if the system boots with cmdline option "noapic"
to disable the IOAPIC.

(if it does dmesg and /proc/interrupts will be interesting)
