sometimes messages about interrupts failing

Can you get the messages before the failure?
Comment 2 redtux 2003-07-16 01:57:30 UTC
The last message is literally loading IDE1 (then the screen refreshes)
For info I have checked Kernels back to 2.5.66 (which boots but doesnt work
very well)

The following kernels all have the same issue 2.5.68 2.5.70 2.5.72 2.5.74
2.5.74 2.6-test1 2.6-test1-ac

2.5.66 is the only one that does not compile totally cleanly out of this list
Comment 3 Zwane Mwaikambo 2003-07-16 23:55:15 UTC
Can you try the -ac tree?
Comment 4 redtux 2003-07-17 03:01:32 UTC
I did (test1-ac)
Comment 5 Zwane Mwaikambo 2003-07-29 18:54:58 UTC
Can you try and get the entire message? I don't have enough to work on here.
Also post your .config
