Most recent kernel where this bug did *NOT* occur: 2.6.22-rc1
Distribution: Aurora 2.99
Hardware Environment: SPARCstation Ultra 1
Software Environment: Aurora 2.99
Problem Description: 
arch/sparc/time.c compile fails due to references to bq4802 stuff

Steps to reproduce:
Build kernel, CONFIG_PCI off

A patch that makes that file compile.

I tried to #ifdef out everything that looks PCI-ish in that file. Haven't
compiled a full kernel yet (takes a few hours...).
