Well this doesn't look liek a DVB bug. Dominik, is this familiar? Might it be ACPI?
Can you provide a boot trace, /var/log/messages, lspci -vv, and /proc/interrupts please. Thanks.
Tested with dvb-Mercurial-b03a5545f8e1 and problem is still present :( You can see my configuration in other pluto2 bugreports I have created.
