Please create attachments for 1) /proc/acpi/dsdt
2) lscpi -v 3) dmesg output after kernel boots up 4) /proc/interrupts Does latest acpi patch (20030509) has such symptom? (Both 2.4 and 2.5) Does this box has 845G motherboard?

Hi, 2.5.66 kernel is configured only for reproduce this behaviour. When I reboot this kernel version, after reset machine is screen black and i must press ctrl-alt-del to reset it again. So I don't use this kernel for normal work. Today I'll try 2.4.21-rc2 patchand 'll send you informations about it.
Hi, I applied acpi patch 20030512 to kernel 2.4.21-rc2 and it look likes it works ! I have now uptime 14 hours without freeze so I hope it'll be works fine still.
Looks like this one went away. Please re-open if that isnt' the case. thanks, -Len
