Description Chad Longstaff 2006-04-13 06:38:04 UTC
Most recent kernel where this bug did not occur: n/a
Distribution: Suse 10
Hardware Environment: Toshiba Equium M50-192 model PSM59E
Software Environment: n/a
Problem Description: Suse 10 gets as far as starting X then freezes with acpi
enabled. Works fine with boot option "acpi=oldboot" except that this disables
the PCMIA socket.

Steps to reproduce: Becomes evident when installing Suse 10.
Comment 1 Chad Longstaff 2006-04-13 06:45:03 UTC
Sorry, PCMCIA socket, not PCMIA.
