Feb 12 19:46:31 tux Unable to initialize codec #0
Feb 12 19:46:31 tux ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:00:04.0 disabled

I try kernel-2.6.15 with ALSA-1.0.4 -- the same - NO SOUND!!!
but kernel-2.6.10 with ALSA-1.0.4 -OK!

Now I'm using kernel-2.6.12 with ALSA-1.0.9b - OK!

Thus, it's kernel-2.6.15 problem :(

In attachments You can find dmesg, lsmod & lcpci

I try kernel 2.6.10 & 2.6.12 on Gentoo & Ubuntu - everything was great! But
after installing kernel-2.6.15, my sound, eth0 and mouse are dead!

For a week my LinuxBox is down!
If You need more informations about my hardware, just tell me!

Tanx a lot!

Thanx, everyone!

I resolved my problem....
Yesterday, I downloaded new BIOS (02-2006 beta) from ASUS.COM
Updated my BIOS to this new, and after that my LinuxBox (Gentoo 2.6.15) start to
work correct.

Sorry, if I wasted Your time....
