It would be wonderful if you can do some bisection. Please post acpidump, dmesg, lspci -vvx, /proc/acpi/interrupts outpt as attachment.

In attachments You can find dmesg, lsmod & lcpci I try kernel 2.6.10 & 2.6.12 on Gentoo & Ubuntu - everything was great! But after installing kernel-2.6.15, my sound, eth0 and mouse are dead! For a week my LinuxBox is down! If You need more informations about my hardware, just tell me! Tanx a lot!
Thanx, everyone! I resolved my problem.... Yesterday, I downloaded new BIOS (02-2006 beta) from ASUS.COM Updated my BIOS to this new, and after that my LinuxBox (Gentoo 2.6.15) start to work correct. Sorry, if I wasted Your time....
