Commands like lspci and cat /proc/pci showed nothing (empty output). Booting with acpi=off solved this issue. Attaching dmesg with acpi & acpi=off and diff.

How does other boot option like pci=noacpi and acpi=noirq
After upgrading BIOS on that MB I'm no longer able to reproduce this problem so I'm not able to test pci=noacpi nor acpi=noirq.
