The IPW2200 wireless driver contains support for monitor mode but it needs to be
enabled in the drivers/net/wireless/ipw2200.c file.

so a config option for the
#ifdef CONFIG_IPW2200_MONITOR
sections would be nice.

The IPW2200_MONITOR option is available since kernel 2.6.17-rc1.
