Most recent kernel where this bug did not occur: 2.6.13

Hardware Environment: Gigabyte 7n400-pro2
Software Environment: All linux
Problem Description: in kernel 2.6.13 everything works fine, but in 2.6.14
(2.6.15 also) there is serious problem with my Serial Ata 3512A controller. It
works with BASE mode, and when i'm doing some hard move on the disk (compiling,
emerging, copy), disk hangs with a message:
ata2: status=0x51 {Drive Ready SeekComplete Error }
ata2: error=0x84 {DriveStatus Error}
ata2: common 0x35 {BadCRC}
ata status 0x560
SCSI error: return code =0x80000002
after a few seconds all system freezee. 
Please do something with this bug, 2.6.14 has some seroius improvements for me :)

Is this problem still seen with recent kernels 2.6.20+ ?

This should have been fixed with new EH.
