Problem Description: segfault when ejecting PCMCIA card

Steps to reproduce:
1) Insert CompactFlash adapter with CF inserted
2) remove adapter

I could swear we had this fixed in final 2.6.12. I don't get it.

It's on my list of things to check, but I don't spend much time compiling custom
kernels these days.

Yes, I know the too-few-time-problem... However, if there's no further reaction
to this bug, I'll close it on Dec. 31st.

No worries.  I'm pretty sure I've tried this successfully with .13 or .14.
