dmesg output kernel 2.6.35.13

Hello,

Most recent kernel where this bug did *NOT* occur: 2.6.18.dfsg.1-23etch1

Distribution:
Debian 6.0.4 (Squeeze)

Hardware Environment:
Intel D201GLY2, D-Link DFE-580TX

Software Environment:
Debian 6.0.4 with 2.6.32-41squeeze2 kernel

Problem Description:
After some traffic on my network card a timeout error occurs rendering the interface completely unusable with a constant flow of transmit timeouts that won't stop untill the interface is brought down.

This bug was introduced with the following Debian kernel : 2.6.18.dfsg.1-24etch1

And has continued to be there since, I've tested and confirmed it to occur in the following Debian kernel versions :

2.6.18.dfsg.1-24etch1
2.6.20-1
2.6.32-41squeeze1
2.6.32-41squeeze2
3.2.1-2 (linux-image-3.2.0-1-686-pae)

A more detailed description and actions already taken can be found on : http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.linux.network/219101

I've also compiled the latest available stable 2.6 kernel (2.6.35.13) to test with the exact same result.
(dmesg output with this kernel attached)

Regards,

Mike.
