Sorry, but this looks more like it is a screwup in the PrismII driver. It appears to be calling kfree_skb() with irqs disabled. Please retest with a more recent kernel from ftp.kernel.org (not Gentoo) and report any further problems to the linux-kernel mailing list. Any nfsd bugs should in any case be reported to the mailing lists or to Neil Brown directly as he does not use bugzilla.
I assume it's already fixed, since there's no answer in the bug logs that it's still present in more recent kernels. Please reopen this bug if the problem is still present in kernel 2.6.13-rc2.
