This entry is being used for tracking a regression from 2.6.36. Please don't
close it until the problem is fixed in the mainline.

please note, that #25782 combo bug is partially (ocfs2 issue)
fixed on mainline but it forks in ugly way into two new bugs:

1).
use-after-free bug in soft-raid subsystem described later

2).
use-after-free bug in block layer:
