I'm still meeting this issue with 2.6.35-rc2+ kernel. But this panic did not happen every time, the probability is half to half.
Should be fixed by: http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commitdiff_plain;h=7f285fa78d4b81b8458f05e77fb6b46245121b4e bridge br_multicast: BUG: unable to handle kernel NULL pointer dereference in 2.6.35-rc5
With kernel 2.6.35-rc5, KVM commit: 14e84ff8459416648f4f789e7665f6a8e95ecccc, this issue has gone. Can anyone close this bug?
