This entry is being used for tracking a regression from 2.6.32.  Please don't
close it until the problem is fixed in the mainline.

(1)Could you try kernel 2.6.33-rc2?

(2)Please post the full dmesg of 2.6.32 and 2.6.33-rc2.

Fixed in 2.6.33-rc2 ( http://lkml.org/lkml/2009/12/28/228 ), most probably by the fix to kernel/resource.c
