1) internal repro is disabled when jack is plugged in *
2) 7.1 support
3) added pciid into database of quirks (at least for GX620X)

* but if is disabled internal repro by "Headphone off", then after connect and unconnect jack playing again, but looks like this issue have more devices (by looking at code)...

SIDE haven't two function, so still remaining on.

It will be great, if it be included in 2.6.30.

P.S. Tested: both mic, output,2,4,6,8ch, sadly i can't verify digital output, no included in my ntb

Could you give your sign-off as described in Documentation/SubmittingPatches so that I can merge it for 2.6.31?
