Description Jose Luis Perez DIez 2009-05-07 15:21:50 UTC
Perl is used on the kernel Makefile to generate documentation, firmwares in c source form, sources, graphs, and some headers.

Documentation/Changes does not list Perl 5 and the following modules: Getopt::Long, Getopt::Std, File::Basename, and File::Find.

I noticed this when building the kernel on a openmoko GTA02 using distcc for some bechmarchs
