Only the two speakers on top are working in linux, the subwoofer never worked. But with proprietary drivers, in Windows, the subwoofer is working. I am now using the kernel 2.6.29.1-3 from archlinux, and it works, the subwoofer is back. I don't know if the change is related to my bug report, but if so, thanks a lot.
