Problem Description:

Using a Phenom-II 940 processor a kernel configured for 1000Hz (32-bit) will not boot.

Steps to reproduce:

Install a Phenom-II cpu and attempt to boot a kernel configured for 1000Hz

I'll go over this thread again asap to sort out some things.
