Problem Description:
phy0 -> rt2x00pci_initialize: Error - IRQ 0 allocation failed (error -16).
Card RT2500 working in my pc, but in this no.

That looks like your pci initialization failed to allocate an IRQ for this device.  I'll Cc the driver maintainer (Ivo), but I don't think this is really the driver's fault.

Can you attach the output of "lspci -nv"?

I don't know, what happend, but after connecting RT2500 together with RTL8180 card, card worked fine. After remove RTL8180 card still working. Changing PCI slot has not affect on problem. So now working perfectly.
