r8169 may fail to initialize

== Description ==
Since kernel 2.6.24, the device may fail to initialize on boot/reboot. The
failure appears to be most prominent and repeatable on dual-boot systems
where the previous boot was into Microsoft Windows Vista. For more
information, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=438046

== Workarounds ==
Reloading the module appears to resolve the issue until the next
boot/reboot following Vista. The module can be reloaded with the command:
# rmmod r8169; modprobe r8169

Additionally, adding "nousb" the kernel boot options may resolve the issue
at the cost of having no usb functionality.
