there seems to be an yet-to-be-fixed race-condition in virtual console handling causing duplicate sysfs oops.

this one http://lkml.org/lkml/2008/7/22/33 already is in 2.6.27 (commit 47aa5793f78c274d51711f6a621fa6b02d4e6402) but it seems it`s not complete solution.

Should be assigned to me (fixing) but I don't plan to work on this in the forseeable future.
