Hello

I bought the wifi dongle trust nw-3100 wich is in fact a zd1211rw. It's hardware id was missing in the sources, adding it made it work flawlessly.

I made a patch. (it's my first submit)

Comment 3 Andrew Morton 2008-09-19 16:38:17 UTC
um, thanks. I merged it somehow.

In future, please submit patches via email, as per Documentation/SubmittingPatches.

We very much prefer to know who is changing the kernel - so we like to see
a real name on patches.

Patches also should have a signed-off-by, as per Documentation/SubmittingPatches.

However for an obvious one-liner we can probably run with the patch which I queued.

I have sent this to Dave M, he has it queued for Linus.
Comment 5 Adrian Bunk 2008-09-23 13:44:42 UTC
included as commit 5d89945e6ec44494285cb8de85d4f43d4647b740
