Distribution: Ubuntu, Fedora, Gentoo and others
Hardware Environment:
  - Motherboard ASUS K8V-X SE
  - Chipset Via K8T800 PRO
  - CPU: AMD Sempron 3000+
  - Graphics ATI 9200 PRO

Problem Description:
AGP fail to initialize and Xorg Disable the DRI extension.
It Works only on a X86_64 kernel

Steps to reproduce:
1. $:  dmesg | grep agp
Linux agpgart interface v0.103
agpgart: Detected AGP bridge 0
agpgart: AGP aperture is 32M @ 0xe4000000

2. $: cat /var/log/Xorg.0.log
(WW) RADEON(0): [agp] AGP not available
(EE) RADEON(0): [agp] AGP failed to initialize. Disabling the DRI.
