Thanks for the test. The system can be booted successfully with the boot option of "pci=nommconf" for the early version kernel. (For example: 2.6.23, 2.6.24) At the same time this PCI mmconf issue is fixed in the latest kernel. This bug will be marked as resolved.
Does this problem still occur? AFAIK 2.6.26+ should work ok...
