Could you try wireless-2.6#everything? The patch titled "rt2x00: Allow rt61 to catch up after a missing tx report" is believed to resolve this problem. It is currently scheduled for inclusion in 2.6.25.
Comment 2 Ivo van Doorn 2008-03-26 11:57:36 UTC
That patch will unlikely help since the reference mentions a rt2500pci device being used.
But there is hope, the large queue overhaul patch that is queued for 2.6.26 addresses this issue specifically. So far almost everybody who reported the problem of "Arrived at non-free entry in the non-full queue" spam, reported succes. So far I haven't seen any reports of that error with rt2x00 > 2.1.0

This issue should be fixed in 2.6.26 and 2.6.27-rc
Can you confirm this?

2.6.28 is out, with even more fixes which address this issue.
Is it still reproducable?
