Hello This problem continue with 2.6.23 kernel version (Test with Fedora 8 rc3 and Sidux 2007-04 Pre 1 Live CD) My solution (find with Sidux 2007-04 Pre 1) Pass "nosmp" "nomce" "noapic" options on kernel boot line. With "nosmp" "nomce" noapic" options, suspend to disk and suspend to ram doesn't work. When it return from suspend to disk and supend to ram, i have a black screen and keyboard not work. >[ 24.630191] ACPI: Using IOAPIC for interrupt routing

Please attach your full acpidump output.

Acpidump output on Kubuntu Feisty
Thanks for your answer. I go back to Kubuntu Feisty to wait for problem is cure. I hope that acpidump output function all the same. does booting (the failing 32-bit kernel)
with "acpi_skip_timer_override" or
"acpi_use_timer_override" have any effect?
does booting with "idle=poll" have any effect?
> "nosmp" "nomce" "noapic"
Please attach (do not paste) the dmesg -s64000 output
from one of these working boots.
Note also that "noapic" should be redundant with "nosmp",
as "nosmp" should disable the IOAPIC also. Do you get
the same results if you leave off "noapic"?
what if you boot with just "nomce"?
