MSI RC410M-L Mother Board, a Pentium D 2.8 Ghz Processor,

Problem Description:
Fedora core 7 and Ubuntu , open suse or any other distro with kernel 2.6 fail to boot but strangely kernel 2.4 distros boot 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Will require a MSI RC410M-L Mother Board, a Pentium D 2.8 Ghz Processor,NVIDIA GeForce 7300 LE grafics card, 1 GB Kingstong DDR 2 RAM, DVD rom drive. 

2. Get the very latest Distro (Used Ferdora 7 or Open Suse 10.2)

3. Boot with live CD or normal installation CD

4. After the kernel uncompresses the system will freeze.

First please don't assign directly.

And please try with at least 2.6.23. No interest in 2.6.18 here at all.

And then boot with earlyprintk=vga and log the messages on the screen (either
writing down or photographing them)
