None of the pages at the site bugzilla.kernel.org have a link to the top page,
http://bugzilla.kernel.org/.

Therefore it is for example easy to miss that there is a FAQ and an admin contact.

There will be a update to bugzilla soon that will have a link to the Home page
on every page.  See the test site at http://developer.osdl.org/kniht/
