Problem Description: While the system powers off, I hear a sound like in the
case of disk failure. The disk isn't powered off before the laptop 's completely
powered off. When the power 's cut, I can hear a little "tzzzzzzzzzzzzzzk" (not
so nice) sound.

Hi, I just searched bugzilla for a libata-bug and found #7383.
(http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7838)

There is a patch (I was informed that it is already on it's way into the kernel
source) that resolves this issue.

Tejun did the work and this is now in the base tree
