Description Sergey Patsynyak 2013-08-08 17:31:46 UTC
The green indicator on my system unit continues to light after power-off. Its brightness around 50% and it lights till I switch off a power supply. I am experiencing this bug on Ubuntu 13.10, 13.04, Fedora 19, but not with Windows. My hardware are NFORCE6M-A, AMD Athlon 64 X2 5400+, GeForce GTX 560 Ti.

Honestly, I think this is a platform issue rather than power management.

Also I have no idea what causes this to happen.
Comment 3 Sergey Patsynyak 2013-08-12 12:42:55 UTC
You think this is my hardware fault? As i mentioned above I don't experience this on Windows 7 32bit. I also installed Ubuntu 13.04 (i386) and Fedora 19 (i686) and i having the same thing.

I have noticed that when i run "Suspend" everything is fine.
Comment 5 Sergey Patsynyak 2013-08-25 14:39:00 UTC
I was using 3.2.0-4, however 3.11.0-rc6 does it with "Suspend".
Comment 6 Sergey Patsynyak 2013-08-25 14:47:42 UTC
I have made a mistake, i meant "Hibernate".
Comment 7 Sergey Patsynyak 2016-03-17 09:15:17 UTC
I see the bug is fixed in kernel version 4.x Reproducible in kernel version 3.
