Problem Description:
If standby sleep mode is used monitor can't disabled it self becous it gat a
video signall. On a black screen is alweys blinking cursor. There is no such
issue on winxp.

standby in winxp == Linux suspend to ram = s3
How could you invoke s1 (linux standby) in winxp?

This motherboard have bios "Suspend Mode" switch = S1 ore S3. Default is S1.
With this option winxp use S1 too (CPU-Fun && Board-Fun = on, HDD = off,
Monitor= off), if S3 used (CPU-Fun=off, HDD=off,Monitor=off).
