All of my Linux environment are 64bits software. This warning was added to detect "executable code" at the module level, which has been "officially" illegal since ACPI 2.0B. We are examining a solution to this problem to allow such legacy code to execute properly. I try the last kernel 2.6.18 and no problem with acpi warning. Thanks for this information. |
