Could you please try latest ACPI bk tree? it includes a pci_link device suspend/resume code. I guess it will help you. Patched kernel 2.6.7 kernel with acpi-20040715-2.6.7.diff (which is latest on the kernel ftp-server): + system wakes up with the "fn" key instead of the powerbutton - resume doesn Could you please send me the boot dmesg and crached dmesg? thanks. same with 2.6.9 kernel? Unfortunately the problem is still in 2.6.9. dmesg tells: Stopping tasks: =====================================================================================| Back to C! ACPI: PCI interrupt 0000:00:05.0[A] -> GSI 11 (level, low) -> IRQ 11 e100: eth0: e100_watchdog: link up, 100Mbps, full-duplex Restarting tasks... done no sound still in 2.6.10? In 2.6.10 resume on my thinkpad doesn Could we have a update with latest kernel in this system? Sound still does't work on latest stable release. dmesg release cycle: =======================================| ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:02:00.0 disabled ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:00:07.2 disabled ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:00:05.0 disabled ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:00:03.0 disabled ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:00:02.1 disabled ACPI: PCI interrupt for device 0000:00:02.0 disabled Back to C! Does sound still fail? Please paste the output of lscpi to identify the sound device. output from dmesg -s64000 after the resume may help too. Please reopen this bug if: - it is still present in kernel 2.6.17 and - you can provide the requested information. |
