Got a similar error yesterday during the nightly backup (tivoli storage manager).. Haven't tried running xfs_repair.. Should I? Rerunning the backup now, to see if it will trigger it again. Is this issue still present in kernel 2.6.19? Please reopen this bug if it's still present with kernel 2.6.20.
